Ground or low floor rooms:

Please advise us of any special requests at the time of booking; for example low floor or particular room requests. We will pass your request to the hotel but please note that requests are not guaranteed unless we confirm it on your booking confirmation.

 

En-suite Bedroom Facilities:

You will see this reference in the hotel details for each holiday. This means that a private bath and/or shower and WC is included within the bedroom. Should you have a preference for a bath or a shower please make a request at the time of booking. Half-board always means dinner, bed and breakfast.

 

Special Diets:

If you have special dietary requirements please advise us at the time of booking, or as soon as medically advised. We will notify the hotel and endeavour to ensure that your requirements are met (Please see our Trading Charter, section 30).

 

Meals in Continental Hotels:

Whilst all hotels used for our continental holidays are of a high standard, please note that dinner arrangements often include a set meal with no menu choice and are generally of a traditional style for that country. They may also be served on a buffet style basis.
