With one of the longest sandy beaches in Europe, landmarks stepped in history, and a rich tapestry of family activities, Burnham on Sea offers something for everyone. Originally a fishing village, the iconic Low Lighthouse is the last of three active lighthouses in Burnham on Sea, and it has the shortest pier in Britain. Brean is home to the beautiful sandy beach, known as Brean sands, an 1860's fort, and the Brean Leisure Park.
