Loyalty discount
We offer a loyalty discount of 5% on a second holiday booking and 10% on a third and any subsequent holidays provided they are all booked at the same time and excluding 2-4-1. This discount is calculated on descending holiday prices – the most expensive is at nil discount, the second most expensive at 5% and so on.
Earlybirds - book at least 4 months before departure and enjoy a 5% discount (excluding 2-4-1) and in addition obviously first choice of seats on the coach.
Seat Reservations Seat numbers are allocated when booking and remain yours for the whole holiday. We do reserve the right to change this to ensure family/friends sit together, but in practice rarely do so. We do not normally operate any tour unless a minimum of around 25 passengers are booked.
Coaches used on tours are all fitted to a high specification - air suspension, tinted windows, forced ventilation, curtains/blinds, reclining seats, and lap seat belts. Except in exceptional circumstances coaches are also air-conditioned and all coaches on European holidays will have toilet/washroom. All coaches are non-smoking zones, but we make frequent stops for smokers. Due to capacity and emptying point limitations, the on board toilet should be regarded as an emergency facility and not as a replacement for normal comfort stops.
Hotels we use are checked either by ourselves, EYMS or by reliable agents. We are sure you will be pleased with the combination of quality and value. In some instances we are offering a choice of differing grades of hotel within a resort. Note that we only charge a single supplement where we have to pay one.
Overnight Hotels
Where possible overnight hotels are based in town centres to give an opportunity to explore. However it is not possible to guarantee that overnight hotels will be in a particular location, and may be out of town.
Special requests such as low floor rooms, special diets etc. will be carefully passed on to hotels, but we can give NO guarantee that these can be met except where a supplement has been paid. Note that the provision of tea/coffee facilities in hotel rooms is rare outside the UK. If you suffer from any disability please tell us so that we can advise you and pass this on.
Routes & Itineraries are on each tour page, and we try where possible to make these scenic and interesting. The return journey will normally be direct (except of course for feeders) to get you home as early as possible. Driver/couriers are given some discretion on routes, excursions etc. to take account of, for example, weather and special attractions.
Excursions Except for Jersey, all excursions are INCLUDED, but not admission charges unless mentioned. If you want more free time you do not have to take all excursions, but do let your driver know if not doing so.
Insurance, Protection & Security We are still offering insurance on all tours but due to the rising costs we need to make a small additional charge. Insurance on all tours will be charged at a flat rate of £1 per person per day. Insurance is compulsory on all tours unless you can provide evidence that you have made alternative arrangements providing equal or greater cover than offered by our policy.
We Include all coach travel, ferries, hotels and meals as outlined on each page, the service of your driver/courier, all taxes, tolls and VAT, local pick ups as shown on back cover, private facilities in almost every case and excursions unless shown as being optional.
What's Extra Tea/coffee and other extras in hotels. Spending money. Admission charges unless specifically shown as included. Gratuities for the driver/courier.
Child Reductions of 25% apply on all holidays for those under 12 sharing with their parents.
